Lina Souloukou is a well-known Greek sports manager, born on 11 October 1983 in Larissa, Greece. She comes from a sports-loving family, with her father being a goalkeeper and coach. She initially played volleyball but later graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a law degree.
Souloukou has over 15 years of experience in football management. She began her career in legal roles with various sports organizations in Greece. From 2018 to 2022, she served as General Manager of Olympiacos FC and played a key role in the club’s success.

Nottingham Forest appoints Lina Souloukou as new CEO
Nottingham Forest have announced that Lina Souloukou will become the club’s new CEO from 5 January 2025.
Formerly CEO of AS Roma, Souloukou will lead Forest’s strategic development and focus on long-term success in the Premier League and European competitions. Her strong legal background and extensive knowledge of global football bring valuable experience to the role.
She also represented Olympiacos and AS Roma on the European Club Association (ECA) Board of Directors, supporting diversity in leadership and contributing to the growth of the clubs she worked with.
Club owner Evangelos Marinakis was excited about her appointment, praising her expertise and alignment with the club’s goals.
Souloukou said she was honoured to join the Nottingham Forest team and looked forward to helping realise the club’s ambitions as she takes up the role in the new year.
