He is a well-known IAS officer who was previously posted as Principal Secretary (Industries) in the Ministry of Power and Labour, Mantralaya. He was born on 17 December 1975 in a small village in the Indian state of Maharashtra. He is 49 years old and will be transferred as General Manager (GM) of BEST. He passed the Civil Service Examination in 1996 and joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
